Just wondering if any of you have read the DHS Visitation logs?
I've always felt that Raye was innocent, but after reading those - that was it for me.. I have to fight for this woman!!
There is no backing down from this one.

Blast; I can't read them at this link; anything in a .pdf format freezes up my whole computer system, where I have to turn it all off and then back on again. If there's any other way I can read them, let me know.

They show what was happening thru Kelsey's eyes during supervised visits w/ her Mom and paternal grandparents. She repeatedly tried to bite, hit, hide from, ignore and avoid her grandparents. Whenever her Mom was there she'd light up as soon as she heard her!
Through the eyes of the child it is very obvious who she felt the most comfortable with. |

Yep, and that's probably why KB and her supporters would prefer that the details of those DHS logs stay OUT of the public view. I'm just annoyed I can't read them in the .pdf format. Grrrrrrrrrrr. 
I read some other reports (think they were DHS, but am not 100% sure) on the T.A.K. (truth about kelsey) site, but they were so poorly written they were difficult to understand. Drove me NUTS! I felt like saying, "oh give me those, I'll write, type and format them myself!" Of course, who would I say that TO is the question. Can't help it; bad typing and formatting is one of my top 5 pet peeves.

Yikes! Now I'm afraid to post! LOL!
One of the things I notice about the logs were the fact that KB continually brought home video's of the father to the visits. Maybe it is just me, but I feel a child of that age would much rather play games, color, watch a Disney movie or most anything else than spend that time watching movies of dad or any other family member. I kept thinking that maybe she was insecure or something to want to spend that small amount of time doing things like that. Add that to the reaction Kelsey had to her and it left a bad flavor in my mouth.
I noticed that Raye would take "kid friendly things" and sit with her and watch the Disney movie, play games and color. She seemed to be more in tune to what Kelsey would enjoy doing. She thought about Kelsey and not herself.

Sorry, I was teasing a little, and I was referring only to the DHS reports I read, not anyone's posts here. It's a hangover from my days as an administrative assistant, which I was for 16 years prior to my dropping out of the work force to raise my own DS.
My humblest apologies if that was offensive, it wasn't intentional. I don't want anyone being afraid to post!
And Raye's doing kid friendly things with her adorable 2-year-old daughter was IMO exactly what a loving and caring parent should be doing with kids that age. When DS was 2, I did exactly the same activities with him, although coloring was not his thing. lol

From what I read, there's a huge difference between Kelsey's visits with her mom and the visits with the maternal grandparents, Kathie Briggs and her husband.
Kelsey has smiles, laughter and playing when her mom comes for visits, and is the polar opposite (hostility, hiding and withdrawal) when Kathie Briggs and her husband visit with her. Is it just me, or does anyone else think, based on those DHS logs, that Kelsey did NOT enjoy being with her paternal grandparents?

Thanks so much, Kristi, for posting these logs! They indicate the same things as the previous ones. Kelsey is very happy to be with her mom and makes it clear mom is the one she wants to be with.
The visits with the paternal grandparent(s) and step-parent don't get the same reaction from Kelsey; sometimes she accepts their company, and at others, she's not happy at all.

I agree, the logs are very telling, when I learned about this case I started on the paternal families website for a few months before going to FKM, the logs were a BIG part of the reason I started doubting what I had been told.

Kathie has claimed that the logs and the emails between her and Mike have been altered. Give me a break! Anything that doesn't say what she wants it to say has been altered. Jeez!!!

LOL!  KB is beginning to sound more and more irrational with each ridiculous claim she makes. Which isn't going to do HER any good in the long run, and quite possibly, her increasingly erratic behavior will make a growing number of people start wondering why they ever listened to anything she said to begin with. Including the former jurors at Raye's trial.
