| What do we think will/won't be allowed into evidence this time around? |

I don't think anyone can make a prediction on this question; I certainly can't anyway. But I would hope that the so-called "behavior" or "lifestyle" evidence, such as the life insurance money, the breast implants, and other such fluff will NOT be made admissible this time around.
If the scientific evidence isn't strong enough to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, and the first trial showed it was not, then the jury needs to find CS not guilty.

I couldn't agree more! I missed the first trial while it was going on but from what research I have done on it since, it was a circus, imo. I certainly hope the second does not follow suit. _________________ "Evil triumphs when good men do nothing."

I too cannot make a guess but I agree that the behavior should not be allowed in. If it had something to do with the case BEFORE Todd died, I could see where it could be seen as evidence. I see the behavior more of her way of not dealing with the loss of her husband rather than celebrating.
I hope that IF it somehow is allowed, Mr. Bloom has a couple of grief counselors in the wings.
Any guesses on who LG will get to back up Centeno? _________________ Justice is conscience, not a personal conscience but the conscience of the whole of humanity. Those who clearly recognize the voice of their own conscience usually recognize also the voice of justice.
