I only got to see this case today, and don't know if it was on at any time last week. However, I was glad to see that the verdict in this case was NOT GUILTY, because I didn't hear any convincing evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Ms. Farmer was guilty of second degree murder.

I thought it was rather odd, to say the least, for the judge to bring down the charges at the beginning of the case. I guess that's ethical, but to me it's rather questionable. At any rate, I think the jury reached the right conclusion, which was if there's not enough evidence to support the charges, the jury must acquit. The system worked as it should in this case. I don't know what the judge was thinking in this case. I do agree with the jury though. I think if both women had been charged the same and together, they would have both been convicted. I think the defendant's size along with Alicia's testimony (and size) is what saved her from a conviction. Now lets see what happens in the other trial now that she (Alicia) has withdrawn her guilty (assault) plea. She is an idiot by the way.
The jury will take one look at her, the victim and Farmer and they will know Alicia Yellow Fox-Hall pushed that girl into the mud.

Yep, one look at the size of Fox-Hall, compared to Misty Farmer, and I knew who had done the actual pushing. What I couldn't figure out was WHY the victim ever went along with these two women in the first place. According to witnesses, the victim had started the argument with Fox-Hall about this guy in the first place. So why would she have gotten in a car with a person who was already angry at her? It made NO sense to me.

As for Misty Farmer, why did she go along on that ride, instead of just getting the heck OUT of the bar and going home by herself? That seems to me like the best thing to do when you're in a bar and you see a fight about to go down. If the bartender or manager won't intervene and stop the fight, get OUT of there.

I think Fox-Hall (yes, she IS an idiot, definitely agree) should have stuck with her plea and taken her punishment, which in my view was too light. The jury will probably not acquit her of this crime.
