I have to wonder; WHERE was the so-called "evidence" that convicted the defendant, Noura Jackson, of second-degree murder in this case? Indeed, WHAT was it, because I really would like to know!
There is no denying the fact that this was a horrific, heinous stabbing death, but I didn't see ANY proof offered by the state that put the actual murder weapon in Ms. Jackson's hand to convict her of this crime. Again, I wasn't watching every second of the trial coverage of the case, so I may have missed a crucial point where either of the prosecutors presented actual FORENSIC evidence that proved Noura Jackson killed her mother.
If anyone saw anything I didn't see, such as anything other than "behavior evidence," please let me know. Right now, I'm seeing what looks to be another replay, albeit an entirely different murder case, of the Cynthia Sommer trial, where there was also nothing other than so-called "behavior evidence" to convict the defendant. We all know how THAT case eventually turned out.

I missed this trial. Another circumstantial case huh? With a conviction? You know I hate circumstantial cases... _________________ Justice is conscience, not a personal conscience but the conscience of the whole of humanity. It sure looked like one to me. But again, I could have missed something that was presented by the prosecution during the trial. I hate it when I can't watch everything.
