Was this an article in the US Observer, and if so, could you provide the link to the full story? Thanks in advance. Regarding the question of how did Kathie Briggs get hold of the OSBI transcripts, I've been wondering that myself. These are, after all, documents that come directly from a state law enforcement agency! Since WHEN does any L.E. agency just hand over their private records to NON law enforcement civilians? I've never known this to be the case, so WHO gave these documents to Briggs in the first place? If it is who I think it is, that person should be fired immediately, and be personally investigated as well.
