I'd agree, although I have to admit this is a case that was very confusing for me. Too many players all at once, so many details to keep track of; all of which made it a bit difficult for me to fathom completely.
I hope our friend Bill Pavelic can comment on the verdict, because I'm way out of my league on this one.
