OK....so, call me a kook....I've been called worse. Sure, the odds of Caylee being alive are slim. But I am not 100% convinced that she is dead mainly because of the actions of LE in this case. Whenever a case is tried in the press as much as this one, leaks from LE saying they have conclusive proof that the little girl is dead...and then the same afternoon the lead detective says that they are "probably" looking for a dead body....well, it just makes me wonder what is really going on and how conclusive their 'tests' really are.

Now, I should make it clear that in no way do I understand the actions of Casey - no way in hell would my child go missing/kidnapped for a month and not only do I not mention this to anyone, but also go partying like there is no tomorrow. I do not even begin to understand that behavior.

There are two questions I want answered....

Where was Caylee all the times that Casey claimed she was with the nanny? She had to be somewhere and to my knowledge, no one has come forward saying that they ever watched Caylee during those times. Having lived in Florida, it is impossible for me to believe, as some have speculated, that Casey stashed her in her car trunk all these times. Caylee would have died of a heat stroke long ago if that were the case. So where was she? I mean, the nanny story went on for well over a year....

Second question.....since Casey seemingly did not have a job, where did she get her money? Certainly she couldn't support herself and Caylee simply on the money she stole from her friends and family. So how was she making money? Is it possible that she was selling Caylee in some horrific manner? Is it possible that during the times Caylee was with the 'nanny', Casey was actually selling her daughter? Is is possible that the answer to these two questions may hold the key to what actually happened to Caylee? This scenario might be highly unlikely and this case might very well be as simple as Casey killed her daughter accidentally or intentionally for reasons unknown.

There is one case that taught me to always question LE and that is the Sabrina Aisenberg case. LE and the press have many people to this day believing that the parents did something awful to baby Sabrina when there was actually evidence to the contrary. LE went so far as to manufacture bogus wire tap transcripts in order to nail the parents, courtesy of Anthony Pellicano. Coincidentally, the Aisenberg case was also in Florida.
