YIKES. Talk about confusing! I tried reading the material at this link and got hopelessly "lost" somewhere around paragraph 6. Or was it 7? Maybe 8? Is there a "hopelessly muddled" icon in there somewhere? Yep, found it!
In any event, I feel sorry for anyone having to serve on THIS jury. If I am confused after just a few paragraphs, most of them, if not all, are going to have their brains scrambled after a few days.

LOL! It is a very confusing set of circumstances - but a huge case - huge. I will try and find some other info about the trial that is a little bit easier to follow! _________________ "Evil triumphs when good men do nothing."

Here's a link that give more info on just who Anthony Pellicano is.
ETA: He's had his hands in many of the "big" Hollywood celebrity cases including the OJ Murder trial, Michael Jackson, Andrew Luster...just to name a few.... _________________ "Evil triumphs when good men do nothing."

Thanks for posting this information, Saber; I'll have to read it this evening, and will look forward to it.

This is one trial I wish was being televised. There's probably too much dirt for the general public tho.
sabergal, since you know who Bill Pavelic is, have you seen his comments about Pellicano on his Guilty of Incomptence site? _________________ What if the "hokey pokey" really is what it's all about? |

BTW...here's the witness list for the trial

Lots of familiar names on there. There is a reason this trial is going largly unnoticed in the press and it's not because the powers that be don't know about it...

I sure have....interesting stuff, huh? I can't wait for the book!
I too wish this trial would be televised - or that I could afford to go and watch it live! It hasn't started yet right? Was delayed waiting for Arneson to make a deal or something I think... _________________ "Evil triumphs when good men do nothing."

244 witnesses? If they are all called, this thing will go on for months.... _________________ "Evil triumphs when good men do nothing."

Well, I have to confess; I NEED the book, because I'm STILL hopelessly muddled! I read the web information over again, and it didn't improve my understanding of the case at all.

The Pellicano case goes back so far and involves so many people that I don't fully understand it all either to be quite honest. That's another reason I wish it was being televised. Pellicano has had his hand in quite a few of the big celebrity criminal cases including the OJ murder case, the Michael Jackson abuse case....I believe (but am not certain) he had some involvement in the Spector case as well. He's illegally wiretapped numerous celebrities - getting dirt for nasty divorces etc etc. Quite interesting because the government has used him too. _________________ "Evil triumphs when good men do nothing."
